Turn off you device and again turn on into fastboot mode by Pressing of Volume UP + Power button simultaneously.
Connect Oneplus 6T to PC via standard USB cable. ( Make sure usb driver installed in your PC)
Now, you have to access Minimal ADB folder. Here is the path : C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot
Now open “cmd” command window. In Windows ,by pressing of Shift Key + Right Click.

Now go to the downloaded folder of Minimal ADB Driver and open Command Windows by pressing at any blank area (Shift Key + Right Click) and Select Open Command Windows Here.
Now you are in FASTBOOT mode which means your USB driver and ADB tool is perfectly run. If it is not working then just Re-download USB driver and ADB tool and try again.

In the command windows you need to give command.

fastboot boot /path/to/twrp-3.2.3-x_blu_spark_v9.86_op6.img

In the command above, replace /path/to/ with the actual path to the twrp file. You don’t need to type a path if the twrp file is already placed in the adb folder.

After the boot into twrp just go to Advanced > ADB sideload > Swipe to Start Sideload
Now, you are giving another command

adb sideload /path/to/twrp-3.2.3-x_blu_spark_v9.86_op6.zip

Same as before process, replace /path/to/ with the actual path to the twrp file and use the correct file name.

Once it will completed the process, you are successfully installed twrp on oneplus 6t.
